2024.10 Seungmin Lee won second place(Kyung-Ahm Prize) at the 14th National Student Design Competition, held on October 26 at the New Engineering Building of Korea University.

2024.10 CFDLab had a bimonthly lab dinner, where alumni Taehak Kang and Minhyeong Ahn also joined and shared their recent updates.

2024.10 Jihoon Kim, a member of the Korea University Judo team, defeated a competitor from the Yonsei University Judo team during the annual Korea University vs. Yonsei University Judo competition. The Korea University Judo team won the match this year.

Visit HyperXite, the student-led hyperloop team of UC Irvine

2023.03 Jihoon, Woojin, and Hyunwoo were invited from HyperXite, a student-led team at the University of California Irvine, who participated in the Hyperloop competition. We discussed the designing and manufacturing of Hyperloop pods considering the aerodynamics of the tube. Jihoon also introduced our lab’s research and simulation methods to analyze complex aerodynamic phenomena around the pod.
